Client portal · weekly panel

Your client sees their week without having to ask

Every agency client gets their own address with a logbook of the week: what is on the calendar, what has been published, what changed against the plan and what is waiting for approval. They sign in with a code sent by e-mail, with no account to create.

Included in the Agency and White label plans at no extra cost. Set up in the Agency Panel: you choose what each client sees.

The problem

“Where is Tuesday’s post?”

Every agency knows the message. The post moved to Thursday, the client was never told, and the morning goes to explaining. The weekly panel shows each piece’s date, the path it took and who is waiting on whom. The question arrives already answered.

What the client sees

The whole week on one page

Every item opens the piece: preview, caption, network and date history.

Week summary

Scheduled, published, new, postponed, brought forward, left, changes requested and what waits for the client, in big numbers.

What changed against the plan

What came in, left, was postponed or brought forward, with the full date path (from → to).

Day-by-day agenda

Each piece on its day, with the network’s official icon, the time and the status.

Published

What went live, on which network and when, with the post link.

Production queue

What sits in each production stage.

Publishing queue

What is ready and scheduled to go out.

Changes requested

The change requests and, if you choose to show it, the counter against the monthly limit.

Waiting for the client

The pieces waiting for their approval. Approval itself goes through the link sent to their e-mail.

Request a change

Clients ask for adjustments on the piece itself

On any piece in the queue, even with no approval pending, the client writes what they want changed: text, image, date, network. The agency is notified at once, the request shows on the piece’s card in Production and counts in the change counter.

  • No e-mail back and forth, no WhatsApp screenshots
  • The request stays attached to the piece instead of getting lost in a chat
  • Requests are rate-limited per hour, so the portal does not become a spam channel
  • You can turn off requests through the portal

What the agency controls

You decide what each client sees

Each portal has its own switches. A block that is off never reaches the client’s browser.

  • Turn each week block on or off, per client
  • Show or hide the change counter against the limit (off by default)
  • Turn change requests on or off
  • Set the address, title, welcome message and language (Portuguese, English or Spanish)
  • Put dashboards, reports and the content calendar on the portal’s other tab
  • Add, block or remove the client’s people; blocking ends their session at once
  • See the portal as the client sees it before you share it

The client sees only their own brand and a closed list of fields. Costs, internal comments and the name of whoever touched a piece stay out: the screen says “agency”.

How the client gets in

A code by e-mail, no account, no password

Access is only for the people you registered. The 6-digit code is valid for 10 minutes, the session lasts 30 days and you can end it whenever you want.

  1. 1

    You turn the portal on

In the Agency Panel, Client portal tab, pick the brand, set the address and activate it.

  2. 2

    Pick the blocks

Review what the week shows this client and write the welcome message.

  3. 3

    Invite the people

Add the client’s e-mails. The invitation goes out right away and you copy the address to send wherever you like.

  4. 4

    The client signs in

They type their e-mail, receive the 6-digit code and open the week. It works on a phone.

See it working

The demo portal uses a fictional brand with a busy week: pieces that came in, left, were postponed and published. Change requests are turned off in it.
