By using YouTube features, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). You can revoke Virio's access at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions
You can disconnect these accounts at any time. How we handle their data is described in our Privacy Policy: https://www.virio.com.br/privacy
4.1 Other Networks and Channels
By connecting Telegram, Discord, Bluesky, Pinterest, TikTok, X, Threads, a Facebook or LinkedIn Page, Google Business Profile, Google Drive or YouTube video uploads, you represent that you are authorized to manage the channel, account, Page or location and you also agree to the platform's terms: Telegram (https://telegram.org/tos), Discord (https://discord.com/terms), Bluesky (https://bsky.social/about/support/tos), Pinterest (https://policy.pinterest.com/terms-of-service), TikTok (https://www.tiktok.com/legal/terms-of-service), LinkedIn (https://www.linkedin.com/legal/user-agreement), X (https://x.com/tos), Meta (https://www.facebook.com/terms.php and https://help.instagram.com/581066165581870) and Threads (https://help.instagram.com/769983657850450).
By connecting Google Ads, you state that you have admin or standard access to the ad account and you also agree to the Google Terms of Service (https://policies.google.com/terms) and the Google Ads policies (https://support.google.com/adspolicy/answer/6008942). When you connect Business Profile or Google Drive, the Google Terms of Service also apply. When using YouTube features, the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) apply.
You choose and confirm each post. Virio does not post, follow, like, save, comment or send messages automatically without an action by you; on Pinterest, each Pin is created and confirmed by you; replies to comments, mentions and messages are only sent when someone on your team sends them, within each platform's messaging rules and windows. Scheduling respects the approvals required by the brand.
X API usage is billed by X to Virio per call; therefore each plan has a monthly X usage cap, and posts with links may consume additional AI credits, as shown in the product.
Virio is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by these platforms. Features depend on each platform's APIs and approvals and may change or become unavailable at their discretion. Pinterest metrics are displayed live and not stored. Data processing for these connections is described in sections 3 to 3.6 of the Privacy Policy: https://www.virio.com.br/privacy
4.2 Paid Media
Paid media management (Google Ads and, once enabled, Meta Ads, Pinterest Ads, LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads) only executes instructions authorized in your workspace: each change requires a recorded request, approval by another person in your workspace, your client's approval when required, and a monthly spending cap per brand set by you. New campaigns are created paused and activated in a separate step.
Media is purchased and paid by you directly to the ad platform, in your account; Virio does not intermediate, pay or refund these amounts. You are responsible for complying with each platform's advertising policies, for ad content and for the legal basis of leads and audiences; for this data, you are the controller and Virio is the processor (section 18).
Virio does not guarantee delivery, ad approval, cost or results, and is not liable for spending resulting from instructions approved in your workspace, changes made outside Virio or platform decisions. The audit trail and recorded approvals serve as proof of the instructions received.
4.3 Features in Preparation
Features described as "in preparation" in the Privacy Policy or in the product (for example, Meta's second phase, Threads, TikTok for Business and campaign management on some platforms) only become available after approval by the respective platform and activation in Virio, with no guaranteed date. Their description is not a promise of availability and is not part of the contracted plan until activation.
5. Plans and Payments
The Platform offers subscription plans with different feature levels, billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time without penalty; access remains active until the end of the paid period. Under article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, you may withdraw from the purchase within 7 days.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for illegal purposes, spam or harassment;
- Infringe third-party intellectual property rights;
- Violate the terms and policies of the connected social networks;
- Reverse engineer the Platform or attempt to access other workspaces' data;
- Transmit viruses or malicious code;
- Use bots or automated tools to access the Platform outside its intended use.
- Carry out abusive prospecting: unsolicited bulk sending, cold outreach on WhatsApp, hiding the sender or the data source, or removing the unsubscribe option;
- Import contact lists that were bought, leaked or obtained without a legal basis.
- Use the Inbox or connections for bulk, automated or unsolicited messages, or outside the platforms' messaging rules and windows;
- Circumvent the spending cap, paid media approvals or the content approval trail, including approving on the client's behalf.
7. Intellectual Property
The Platform's software, brand and materials belong to Latitude Zero Studios LTDA or its licensors. Content you create, including with AI assistance, and your account data remain yours.
8. Public Data and Monitoring
Competitor and brand monitoring uses only publicly available data or data obtained through the platforms' official APIs, as described in the Privacy Policy and under the LGPD.
9. AI-Generated Content
AI-generated content is a suggestion and must be reviewed by you before publishing. You are responsible for the content you publish.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Brazilian law:
- Virio does not guarantee specific engagement, reach or growth results;
- Virio is not liable for temporary unavailability, maintenance or force majeure, nor for changes to social networks' APIs or policies;
- Virio's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months, without prejudice to consumer rights provided by law.
11. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time; your data will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may change these Terms and will notify users through the Platform or by email. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the changes.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. For consumer users, the courts of the user's domicile have jurisdiction (Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, art. 101, I). For business users or professionals who contract the Platform as part of their activity, the courts of Curitiba/PR, Brazil, have jurisdiction.
14. Aggregated Data and Benchmarks
To improve the Platform and offer market comparisons, Virio generates aggregated, anonymized statistics from Platform usage and from the metrics of connected and monitored accounts (for example, average engagement by niche and follower range).
Anonymized data cannot identify you, your company or any profile and is not personal data (LGPD, art. 12). An aggregated figure is only shown when it includes at least 10 distinct accounts and no single account accounts for more than half of the total. One customer's individual data is never shown to another.
To the extent permitted by law and by the terms of the source platforms, you grant Latitude Zero Studios LTDA a free, non-exclusive license of indefinite duration to generate and use this aggregated, anonymized data to operate and improve the Platform and offer market comparisons, including after the account is closed. Statistics that depend on data obtained through third-party APIs (Meta, Google/YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, X and others) follow each platform's terms: they only enter aggregates when the platform allows it, are never sold or licensed, and are deleted if the platform requests it. Aggregates generated solely from Platform usage and data you provide belong to Latitude Zero Studios LTDA; your content and identifiable data remain yours.
You can stop contributing to benchmarks at any time in Settings → Privacy and data. The opt-out applies to future data; statistics already aggregated are not reversed. CRM partnership values only enter the pricing benchmark with your express authorization, revocable at any time, and always in ranges.
15. SDR and Sales Prospecting
The SDR module, when contracted, helps you find and reach potential customers or partners from public or official sources. It is a paid feature, subject to plan or package limits.
When you use the SDR for your business, you are the controller of the prospects' data and Virio acts as processor. You are responsible for having a legal basis for each processing and each outreach, for immediately honoring objection and unsubscribe requests, and for complying with the rules of the providers used.
Every message includes the sender identification, the data source and an unsubscribe link, and Virio keeps a permanent suppression list; these safeguards cannot be turned off. Sending e-mail requires your own verified domain.
Virio may limit, pause or suspend the SDR without prior notice in case of bounce or complaint rates above provider limits, spam reports or suspected unlawful use. You are liable for complaints, penalties, damages and costs incurred by Latitude Zero Studios LTDA due to SDR use that breaches these Terms or the law.
16. Artificial Intelligence
AI responses (texts, images, analyses, scores and classifications) are generated automatically, may contain errors and are suggestions. Review them before publishing, sending or deciding.
Virio chooses, and may change at any time, the AI models and providers used by each feature, seeking quality, cost and availability, without changing the contracted plan. Data sent to the AI is processed by contracted providers only to perform the requested feature.
17. Limits of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Latitude Zero Studios LTDA is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event. Virio is not liable for lost profits, decisions based on AI analyses or suggestions, changes or blocks by third-party platforms, content published or messages sent by the user, or metrics provided by third-party APIs.
These limitations do not apply to willful misconduct and do not override non-waivable consumer rights. Virio may preventively suspend access to protect the Platform, other users or third parties when there are signs of a breach of these Terms, fraud or security risk.
18. Data Processing as Processor
For third-party data you enter or collect through the Platform (CRM contacts, SDR prospects, monitored mentions), you are the controller and Virio is the processor, handling this data only to provide the service and according to your instructions, with appropriate security measures. Virio may use sub-processors listed in the Privacy Policy, reports incidents affecting this data, and reasonably supports responses to data subject requests.
19. Third-Party Service Keys and Accounts
Some features may require you to add your own credential (for example, an API key) for a third-party service to the Platform, such as SDR company search, which uses Google Maps Platform. In these cases you contract the service directly with the provider, accept its terms (for Google, the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service: https://cloud.google.com/maps-platform/terms) and are solely responsible for the account, billing, taxes, quotas and budget limits with the provider. These amounts are not part of the Virio subscription, and Virio does not intermediate, pay or reimburse them.
By saving the credential, you authorize Virio to call the provider on your behalf, solely to deliver the features that you or the members of your workspace trigger. Virio stores the credential encrypted, restricts access to it to the systems that use it, never displays it again and does not use it for any other purpose. We recommend restricting the credential to the APIs that are needed and setting quotas and budget alerts in the provider account.
You are responsible for the usage generated by actions taken in your workspace, including the volume of calls and the resulting costs. Virio is not liable for charges, suspensions, blocks, quotas or revocation of credentials, nor for price, rule or availability changes made by the provider, except when they result from a proven failure by Virio.
Data received from the provider follows its terms: Virio stores only what those terms allow, for the period allowed (for Google Maps Platform, search data is deleted within 30 days, except place identifiers), and displays the required attribution. You may not export, bulk copy or use that content beyond what the provider's terms permit.
You can remove the credential at any time in Settings; features that depend on it stop working until a new one is added. Virio may stop using a credential that is invalid, refused by the provider, suspected to be compromised or associated with abusive use. If you suspect a leak, revoke the credential directly with the provider and add a new one.
When a step uses your own credential, Virio may reduce or waive the credit consumption for that step, according to the plan rules in force. The other steps of the same feature (for example, reading websites and AI analysis) keep consuming credits as usual.
20. Client Content Approval
The "Client approval" feature lets you send content to your client's contacts (approvers) through an individual link and record their decision with an evidence trail. When using it, you are the controller of the approvers' personal data and Virio acts as processor (section 18). You represent that you have a legal basis for the processing and that the registered approvers were appointed by your client.
The evidentiary value of the approval towards your client depends on your contract admitting this method (Brazilian Provisional Measure 2,200-2/2001, art. 10, §2). The record is not an ICP-Brasil qualified signature and does not use a certification authority timestamp, and Virio does not verify the approvers' civil identity or powers of representation. Any model clause offered by Virio does not constitute legal advice.
Decision and event records cannot be altered or deleted through the platform; only anonymization of personal data at the data subject's request is allowed. The evidence is kept while your account exists and for 5 years after it is closed, for the regular exercise of rights by you, your client and Virio. You can export the certificates at any time.
21. Year in Review and Public Links
When you create a public Year in Review link, you choose what is disclosed and are responsible for being authorized to disclose that data, including client brand names. The link can be revoked at any time and expires within the period shown in the product.
