Data Deletion Instructions

When you use Virio with Instagram or Facebook login, we collect and store some data associated with your account to provide our content analysis and management services. You have the right to request the deletion of this data at any time.
How to request deletion of your data
- Send an email to contato@virio.com.br with the subject "Data Deletion".
- In the email body, include your full name and the Instagram username associated with your account.
- Our team will confirm receipt and process your request.
What data is deleted
- Instagram/Facebook connection tokens
- Collected posts and engagement metrics
- Stored profile data (name, avatar, follower count)
- Analyses and reports generated from your data
We process deletion requests within 15 business days of receipt.
Remove access via Facebook
You can also revoke Virio's access directly on Facebook: go to Settings & privacy > Settings > Business integrations, find "Virio" and click "Remove".
